Nick Rigas, D.O.Current Positions
Dr. Nick Rigas grew up in Grand Rapids, attended Michigan State University, and studied medicine at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in East Lansing. He completed his internship and residency (Otolaryngology Facial Plastic Surgery) at Botsford Hospital in Farmington, MI.
Following his residency, Dr. Rigas moved to Indianapolis to complete a fellowship at St. Vincent Hospital in Head and Neck Surgical Oncology. He is Board Certified by the American Osteopathic College of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery.
Dr. Rigas joined the Center for Ear, Nose, Throat and Allergy in 2010. He finds his practice extremely rewarding and explains: "I treat a full range of ear, nose and throat problems. This includes allergies, hearing loss, sinus and throat pain, hoarseness, difficulty swallowing, enlarged lymph nodes, and disorders of the thyroid, parathyroid and salivary glands. In addition, I have advanced fellowship training in treating cancers of the head and neck."
Dr. Rigas welcomes new patients to the practice and is available for consultation at the Carmel and Westview Healthplex offices.
