Vicki Shelton, M.D., F.A.C.S.Dr. Vicki Shelton went to high school in suburban Chicago. She graduated from Indiana University Medical School in 1977. She then completed two years of General Surgery at Methodist Hospital and Otolaryngology training at the University of Illinois.
Board certified since 1982, Dr. Shelton has practiced medicine in Indianapolis for 25 years. "I merged my practice with CENTA in 2008, which has allowed CENTA to include more general ENT and to offer hearing aid services, which CENTA had not previously provided to patients."
Dr. Shelton specializes in pediatrics and adult ENT, performs all general ENT surgical procedures and is an expert in the area of hearing loss. "Even with all the difficulties and challenges facing medicine today, I am reminded almost on a daily basis why I wanted to become a physician."
Personally, Dr. Shelton enjoys the Indianapolis Colts and Indiana University basketball. She is past president of the National Board of Directors of the Indiana University Varsity Club, a golf enthusiast, and also enjoys tutoring at Washington Township Elementary School in Reading.
